Pickelmann, who runs the Telfs store together with Nathan Raffl. Under the management of Sylvia and Nathan, there are currently nine employees and one apprentice who is being trained as a sales person.

The Telfs store offers a wide range of sporting goods and is the first adress for both amateur and professional sportspeople when it comes to sportswear and outdoor equipment, be it for winter
or summer. Over the years, the Telfs store has established itself as an expert in both indoor and outdoor
sports. Sports such as cycling, hiking, skiing and snowboarding are all catered for in the 900 m2 store.

The focus is not only on a contemporary range of clothing and equipment, but also on advice and customer service. ”We constantly attend trainings on new technologies or current trends in order to provide our
customers with expert knowledge,“ says Nathan Raffl. Success proves that this is the right approach. For 10 years now. And that deserves to be celebrated - as a thank you to the loyal employees, but above all to
the loyal customers.
