The hotel manager Jörg Schmidt clearly underpinned his passion for wine by achieving his degree as a sommelier in the summer. With his expertise, but also with the necessary attention to detail, he endeavours to offer our guests the best possible service. As a sommelier, he is now an expert in wines and non-alcoholic drinks and is happy to advise guests in these matters. The premise is, of course, to fulfill your taste in the best way possible.

The wine selection at Hotel Riml is an unforgettable experience that stimulates the senses and enriches guests' culinary moments. Jörg is convinced that wine is an important part of gastronomy an is happy to share his knowledge and enthusiasm for fine wines.
