AN ORIGINAL RETURNS

In 2015 Georg Stefan and his wife Irmgard wanted to retire after almost 40 years of work in their own restaurant business. Now, since February 2020, they are back in their restaurant and enrich the local gastronomic landscape once again.
Daughter Daniela comes from the hospitality industry herself and has been running the Restaurant Stefan with her parents’ support ever since. Papa Georg Stefan is still in charge of the kitchen cepter and Mama Irmgard continues to look after the guests with her loving manner.

“The joy in the region was great when the ‘Stefan’ was once again hosted by our family. This positive response is of course an incentive and encourages me in my decision to resume the business”, says Daniela looking back. “By popular request of our regular guests we even put our focus on the usual menu”. Accordingly, Tyrolean specialities, Austrian classics and
seasonal dishes are offered – quality and taste as high as ever. The Restaurant Stefan, with its cosy lounge and terrace overlooking the Inn valley, is an institution here in Telfs – as is the Stefan family.
